  Would have given 0 stars if I could. I got a letter from this dentistry office claiming that I missed too many appointments. First of all, I've only missed one, WHICH I selected the reschedule option on the confirmation e-mail. Then, the office sends me a rude letter stating "this won't be overlooked again." I never missed any appointments but that's totally fine with me. I see how the attitude is, and no thanks. I would rather take my business elsewhere anyhow. I'll also not be recommending this dentistry to anyone I know. I won't send anyone to this office with the chance of someone being rude and unkind to them. I've only been to this dentist office once for an emergency, and luckily Dr. Music saw me, because the ladies up front never even put me on the schedule when I called the day before to get in to be seen. Again, not my error. I did call and schedule an appointment the previous day, and when I get there, they are clueless. That shows that this place obviously cannot handle scheduling correctly. I will say though, Dr. Music was kind enough to see me although the scheduling people couldn't get it right. It's okay, I will gladly find a dentist worthy of my business. There are plenty more where this one came from!
